Daniel Whitaker is a residential mortgage lender serving Winter Park, Orlando, Lake Nona, Windermere, Clermont, Maitland, Sanford, and the surrounding communities. His clients are homebuyers, homeowners, relocating families, investors, and buyers of newly constructed homes — most of whom arrive through a referral from someone he has already helped.

Lending philosophy

A mortgage is a financial decision attached to a home, and it deserves the same care as any other major financial decision. Daniel's job begins before the loan: understanding what you're trying to accomplish, what the property will actually cost to own, and what structure protects your position — then preparing the file so underwriting confirms what the planning already established.

How Daniel communicates

Direct answers, in plain terms, from Daniel himself. You will know where your file stands, what happens next, and what could still change — before you have to ask. Agents and builders on the transaction receive the same proactive updates.

Long-term relationships

Closing day is not the end of the relationship. Daniel remains available afterward — for questions about escrow adjustments, refinancing considerations, the next property, or a friend who needs the same kind of preparation you received.
